The proposed project would construct a 144 unit gated community consisting of 72 Senior Housing Units and 72 Multifamily Dwelling Units with detached carport structures on 9.62 acres of vacant land. The project includes a 4,100 sf clubhouse, 10,000 sf Senior/Community Center building, basketball court, swimming pool, tot lot and additional picnic/open space areas proposed within the community. The project would have 14.96 dwelling units per acre. The project entails a parcel map for lot split (phasing/financing purposes), a general plan amendment/change of zone from low-density residential to high-density residential, and architectural review.
