Document Description
The Riverside County Office of Education proposes to acquire ~4.6 acres of real property, identified as Riverside County APN 170-140-041 amd -042 and located at ~9980 Mission Blvd in Riverside, CA, for the purpose of constructing and operating a Regional Learning Center. The Project, as presently contemplatedm would serve an estimated 300 students in grades K-12, and include 7 classrooms to serve community day students and 8 classrooms to serve handicap or disabled students. The Project will include the construction of ~35,000 sf of single story building space for the operation of the above-referenced classrooms, along with a multi-purpose room, administration offices, athletic play courts, potentially including hardscape and turf playfields, and parking facilities for teachers, visitors, and staff. The Project may include low-level security lighting, signage lighting, and illumination of related parking, play, and pedestrian areas.
