Document Description
New law, California Water Code section 13552.51, requires the State Water Resources Control Board to adopt the General Permit by July 31, 2009. The intent of the new law is to develop a uniform interpretation of state standards to ensure the safe, reliable use of recycled water for landscape irrigation uses, consistent with state and federal water quality law. The new law is also intended to expedite permitting for use pf recycled water for landscape irrigation.
