Document Description
The Applicant proposes the installation of a permanent bridge over Picnic Creek, a Class II watercourse, and the replacement of a culvert within an unnamed Class II watercourse that flows into Deadman Gulch. Deadman Gulch flows into Big Creek which flows into Scott Creek and eventually into the Pacific Ocean. Picnic Creek flows into San Vicente Creke which empties into the Pacific Ocean. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2009-0150-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Nadia Hamey/Big Creek Lumber Company.
