The project consists of the update of the Sphere of Influence of the Richvale Sanitary District to reflect lands that have historically been provided sewer service under contract, as well as other lands that are contiguous to the District's boundary and which can logically be served by the District's facilities, and to annex those lands as well as other changes consistent with establishment of a logical district boundary.
