The Applicant, Westlake Management Association (WLMA), intends to alter the streambed to conduct "Continuing Maintenance Activities", as described and explained in the Notification and related support statements for Westlake Lake and for Potrero Dam including the concrete structure downstream of the dam, and other downstream properties extending to Lindero Canyon Bridge. Maintenance activities include: 1) Vegetaion Management; 2) Debris Removal and Sediment Removal; 3) Bank Repair and 4) Pest Management. SAA 1600-2008-03370R5 Rev. 5.
