Document Description
This project includes the rehabilitation of the structural integrity of approximately 3,000 linear feet of the existing, deteriorating Southshore lagoon seawalls on the north sides of the West, West Central, Central, East Central and East Lagoons. Lagoon seawall will be repaired at the terminus of the following streets: Caroline Street, St. Charles Street, Bay Street, Sherman Street, Peru Street, Union Street, Lafayette Street, Chestnut Street, Walnut Street, and Cedar Street and along the south side of Powell Boulevard and La Jolla Drive and additionally where East Central lagoon connects to East Lagoon along Broadway Street. The rehabiliation of the seawalls is designed to repair the damaged and eroded structures and to prevent collapse.
