Document Description
The project includes the replacement of an existing pipeline within an urbanized area. The new filter will be located within the existing line and will provide trash capture to improve water quality in the area. Construction of the new lines was anticipated and studied in the 1990 Dublin/Pleasanton Extension Project EIR (SCH# 1989011009), 2001 Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station and Transit Village SEIR (SCH# 2000042058), the 2000 West Dublin BART Specific Plan Negative Declaration, the 2004 Addendum to the Specific Plan Negative Declaration and the Transit Village SEIR and the 2007 Mitigated Negative Declaration.
