Document Description
The project proposes to reconstruct a retaining wall on the banks of Lake Tahoe. The project will remove the existing wall (approximately 1,127 sq. feet) which is in danger of failing, and replace it with a small wall (approximately 135.5 sq. feet), that will utilize rock revetment as additional support. Concrete stairs and a landing will be removed and replaced with an elevated staircase. All construction access will be from the street and upland area and no work will is allowed in the lake itself.
