Document Description
The project involves the repairs of breaches in an existing bulkhead wall that retains the fill for a dirt pier. The exposure to tidal action and cargo ship wakes caused some of the fill to be removed and unacceptable fill material (tires) was exposed. An 11 foot hole along the western and northwestern corners will be repaired using 2X12 pressure treated Douglas fir boards. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2008-0387-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
