Replacement and enlarging of electrical generators (330 KW total) at the Water Pollution Control Plant, including piping and tanks and other support equipment using waste methane gas produced by the WPCP process to produce electrical energy to be used with the WPCP. To support gas production, the construction of a grease receiving station to accept grease products from waste haulers is to be added.
