Document Description
Routine stream channel maintenance along portions of American Canyon Creek and Jameson Canyon Creek. More specifically, the City is proposing to remove approximately 200 cubic yards of silt inside the concrete box culverts under the bridge off Oakbrook Drive and another 200 cubic yard of silt, immediately downstream of this location in American Canyon Creek. On Jameson Canyon Creek, there is approximately 50 cubic yards of silt at the outfall of a 32 inch diameter drainage pipe and another approximately 50-75 cubic yards of silt 100 feet upstream of the box culvert on Lopes Road and 150 cubic yards of silt from the box culvert on Jameson Canyon Creek at Watt Drive. Silt will be removed using an excavator from the top of the bank and using a small bobcat inside the concrete box culverts to push the silt out of the culvert.
