Document Description
1. The replacement of an existing six-foot tall cedar fence with a new six-foot cedar fence and three gates to enclose an area between an existing residence and an existing garage/shop building. The new fence will be stained natural and will be constructed of four-foot cedar fence boards with two-feet of cedar lattice on top. The four-foot boards will be spaced ¾ of an inch apart with a diamond cut-out detail; and
2. The placement of an arch over the proposed eastern gate to indicate the address of the existing residence.
