Install eight interpretive panels along the Big River Hall Road within Mendocino Headlands State Park to inform the public about environmental resources. Install each 24" x 48" panel on two, approximate 3' high aluminum double-pedestal frames secured in concrete filled holes up to 1 foot wide by 2.5 feet deep.
