Document Description
The project is the Department of Toxic Substances Control's (DTSC's) approval of Land Use Controls (LUC's) as the remedy for Site 27 (the Site) at the Vandenberg AFB. This remedy is considered an administrative remedial action that imposes Site institiutional controls to ensure industrial land use in the area north of El Rancho Road and undisturbed open space south of El Rancho Road. The LUCs will be recorded in the Base Master Plan and Geographic Information System (GIS).
