Document Description
The project includes the purchase and use of a NO-DES U.S. manufactured, towable water filtration system that filters flushed water and pumps it back into the water delivery system, reducing the risk of storm drain and creek overflows. The NO-DES Mobile Filtration System will prevent the flushed, dirty water from running off into storm drains and creeks, a potential Nonpoint Source issue. The filtration system will hook up to the water delivery system during water flushing. The water will be looped through the NO-DES system where it is filtered, parameters (total chlorine, pH, temperature, turbidity, and nitrites) checked, and returned to the pipe system.
