Document Description
The project consists of the first phase of the long-term stabilization of the remaining concrete and stone walls, chimneys, foundations, and other remaining structural features of the Dyar House that were damaged during the 2003 Cedar Wildfire. Construction activities, including staging, will occur on previously disturbed grounds surrounding the complex. The project will be replacing the "temporary" stabilization system but re-using applicable materials from this earlier work. The plans call for the removal of the current exterior members and will bring all the new, long-term support structure into the building shell.
