Replace existing roofing, chimney, and woodwork on the Camp 1 Dining Hall at Mendocino Woodlands State Park to preserve the historic structure. The project will involve limited in-kind replacement and, epoxy repair of deteriorated roof system woodwork; replacement of the roof deck with asphalt shingles; repair and replacement of chimney flashings with sheet lead; and cleaning and limited repainting of chimney stonework.
