Document Description
The project proposes replacement of the Mary Lake Lift Station within the existing overflow basin. A new electrical building and back-up generator area (approx. 25ft by 30ft) will also be constructed where the existing lift station is located. The concrete buildings will have exterior aesthetic treatments, and the lift station (approx. 35ft by 30ft) will be partially buried in the side of the basin so that vehicles can pull onto the roof to remove pumps and motors as needed. A drain will be placed in the bottom of the basin to remove any overflow effluent that may collect in an emergency. The existing lift station (approx. 15ft by 20ft) will be removed.
