Document Description
The CA Department of Public Health is submitting this NOE as the Responsible Agency.
The project consists of prefiltration improvements including the addition of a pressure filter to serve as a roughing filter/contact clarifier. This addition would bring the treatment plant into compliance with the Long Term 1 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule. Other improvements include emergency power generation and gas leak detection alarms.
