Install a new ADA compliant modular home at Lake Natoma in Folsom State Recreation Area to provide housing for DPR personnel. Excavate approximately 150 feet of new trenches (~2' wide and 3' deep) for under ground utilities. Utilities include: a lateral water line from a fire hydrant on the park access road to the home site; a 1,000 gallon septic tank pit approximately 11 ft long by 8 ft deep, and a 100 ft long leach field.
