Document Description
The project will extend Toyon Lane between Lots F8-F9 to Kellogg Drive connecting it to the southern entrance of the recently completed Parking Structure (Bldg 106). Toyon Land will be renamed Palm Drive. The newly created intersection at Palm Drive Palm Drive and Kellogg Drive will be signalized. Lot F8 will be converted to 100% student rideshare and the western section of Oak Lane which runs along the south of the parking structure will be closed to vehicles to create a pedestrian promenade.
