Document Description
The project would include the installation of 1) underground geothermal vertical piping loops, within the existing parking lot, for connection to geothermal heat pumps that would deploy geothermal heat technology using water as a "heat sink", 2) piping and geothermal heat pumps within the suspended ceiling space of the building, 3) water circulation pumps and a pump enclosure on the north west side of the building, and 4) modifications to the existing heating ventilation, and air condition (HVAC) system to utilize the geo-exchange technology and maximize energy efficiency.

All project work would be conducted within the footprint of the existing parking lot and building facilities in previously developed areas.
