Document Description
The project consists of a Use Permit Renewal to extend the term of mining for a 445-acre aggregate mining project known as Teichert Grant Line East, originally approved on March 5, 1997 (Control No. 95-RZB-UPB0658) with an expiration date of 12 years from the date of approval. Note that the applicant is not proposing any changes to the previously approved mining, final reclamation, access or hours of operation. The only change proposed is to extend the term of the mining for an additional 12 years.
