Document Description
This project would replace the three existing boarding floats. The existing floats are damaged and need replacement. The only disturbance is replacement of the anchor system to attach the floats to. The East Ramp boating area consists of an asphalt launch ramp, parking lot, day-use area and restroom facilties. The California Natural Diversity Database and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife website has been researched and no threatened or endangered species will be affected by the project. The project will be staged in the existing parking area. This area has been previously disturbed for the original construction of the ramp. Therefore, although it is unlikely any resources are present at all, it is extremely unlikely any cultural resources, if present, will be disturbed.
