Document Description
Issue a right of entry permit and granting of an easement for 20 year duration to Placer County for the county or its contractor to perform improvements to the bridges and culvert and the included reach of Lake Forest/Polaris Creek in Star Harbor Pomin Park. Easement will include the downstream most reach of these creeks below their confluence and to the confluence with Lake Tahoe. Activities will include: installation of new infrastructure, channel construction, staging of materials during construction and re-vegetation, and the maintenance of these improvements for 20 years with provisions for an "escape clause" to allow for future wetland improvements.
