Document Description
The project site consists of four buildings on one property that is located adjacent to Austin Creek. The steam bank along the property is lined with a concrete floodwall that is approximately 245 feet long. Over the pass several years, the floodwall has begun to fail. Consequently, during storm events Austin Creek erodes into the foundations of the two houses on the property. The purpose of the proposed project is to remove the existing floodwall and replace with a vegetated rip-rap buttress along the length of the property adjacent to the creek.
