Document Description
The Bowman Canal Encasement at Christian Valley Road project consists of removing approximately 1000' of 30" steel pipe and installing a new 36" ductile iron pipeline in the same location. It is anticipated that the invert of the new pipeline will be placed approximately at the same elevation as the existing pipeline. The project will also include a new concrete diversion box, replacement of the blow-off valve, a concrete headwall to support the exposed portion of the siphon, and replacement of the Halsey spillway crossing.
