The Fairfield-Suisun Sewer District (FSSD) would like to adopt the estimated revenues, expendituers and interfund transfers for all funds and reserves for the revised 2008/09 FY and for the 2009/10 FY. FSSD would also like to adopt the Long-Term Financial Plan as an operating guideline for the scheduling and financing of future capital projects and bond issuance.
