Document Description
The Advanced Power Electronics Interface (APEI) Initiative has been created to develop advanced power electronics technology that improve and accelerate the use of Distributed Energy Resource (DER) systems. These are critical to a successful Smart Grid. APEI initiative is a coordinated plan to develop a modular architecture for standardized, highly integrated, and various power ranges modularized electronics technologies that will come as close as possible to "plug-and-play" interoperability.
