The proposed revised SWFP will allow: Operation of a Large Volume Transfer/Processing Facility (up-tiering from an existing Medium Volume Transfer/ Processing Facility); Hours of operation from 3:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday; A maximum permitted tonnage of 500 tons per day (TPD) with a design capacity of 2,328 TPD; a permitted area of 3.92 acres.
