NOTE: Review Extended Per Lead The Envision San Jose 2040 process is a comprehensive update to the City's current San Jose 2020 General Plan. The update Plan will address a very broad range of issues and topics including strategies for: creating a balanced mix of jobs and housing; addressing global warming and conserving natural resources; creating complete mixed-use Urban Village communities; supporting fiscally sustainable public service delivery goals; building streets designed for all transportation modes, including bicycles and pedestrians; promoting healthy living; and supporting vibrant art and cultural facilities and programs.
