Document Description
The project involves the demolition of a one-story essentially intact stucco Spanish Colonial Revival residence, constructed circa 1920, that is listed on the National Register as a building that contributes to the character of the Professorville Historic District. Professorville is an exclusively residential historic distirct that occupies approximately nine city blocks, and is located three blocks from downtown Palo Alto. Professorville was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. The property owners are proposing the construction of a new two-story residence on the site.
