Construction and operation of a new pressure irrigation system which will enhance the existing irrigation system in Division 9 of SSJID. The project consists of 12.6 miles of pipeline to be installed adjacent to existing public roads and within existing farm roads in the area west of the City of Ripon and east of Manteca Road. The project will serve ~3,800 acres comprising Division 9.
