Document Description
The applicant is requesting approval for a Tidelands Permit and Design Review for (1) the rebuilding and repair of an existing boat house with installation of a fire sprinkler system, a degraded dock, ramp and boat hoist; (2) construction of a new boat hoist and a cluster of 3 new steel piles to support the new hoist; (3) replacement of 4 exiting deteriorated creosote piles with steel piles to support the hinged ramp; (4) construction of a replacement 215 sf floating dock in Tomales Bay; (5) removal of one creosote pile south of the existing dock; (6) encasing in concrete 17 existing wood piles to remain under the dock; (&) encasing the 12 existing piles under the boathouse in new concrete; (8) construction of new facilities associated with the improved water system.
