Document Description
The proposed project would consist of the installation of photovoltaic panels on a portion of a 2 acre site, with the objective of annually producing up to 800,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity (i.e., a 450 Kilowatt solar array). The electricity would be used to power the Stafford Water Treatment Plant that is owned and operated by the District.
