The proposed project amends the General Plan Land Use and Zoning Designation for select properties to Urban High Density (UHD)/high density residential zoning (UHD/R3) (or the equivalent of UHD/R3) and adds the Regional Housing Need (RH) Combining District (LUDC Sec. L-II 2.7.11) to accommodate a min of 699-units of high density housing as mandated by the State Department of Housing and Community Development.
