Note: 60 Day Review per lead REZONE (Z12-002), General Plan Map Amendment (GP12-002), and Certification of the EIR (EIR12-002). The project proposes changing the General Land Use and Zoning Designation for 18 selected properties to Urban High Density/high density residential zoning (UHD/R3) and adding the Regional Housing Need (RH) Combing District (LUDC Sec. L-II 2.7.11) to accommodate the future development of high density housing, as mandated by the State Department of Housing and Community Development.
