Document Description
The Parking Structure 3 project will construct a 7 level parking structure with 1,215 parking spaces on the UC Davis Sacramento Campus. The parking structure will consist of one parking level below-grade, one parking level at grade, and 5 parking levels above grade. The total floor area for the parking structure will be ~421,000 sf. The 2 acre project site is currently developed as surface parking lot.
