Document Description
The proposed project would consist of 7 level parking structures that would provide 1,215 parking spaces, and would have a maximum height of ~97 ft to the top of each of the 2 elevator towers. The design of the proposed parking structure would provide for one parking level below-grade, one parking level at grade, and 5 parking levels above grade. Each level would contain between 133 and 190 parking stalls. Total floor area for the parking structure would reach 421,000 gsf.
