Document Description
The project involves the demolition of an existing 9,150 sf Target Garden Center building and construction of a 15.509 sf addition to the main Target store, for a net increase of 6,404 sf on an existing 9.32 acre parcel that is part of a larger shopping center complex of ~20 acres. The project also includes store facade upgrades and modernization, as well as parking lot changes to improve on-site circulation and to accommodate the new storefront . The total floor area of the existing Target store is 153,379 sf, and will increase to 168,888 sf with the proposed store expansion. The entitlements for this project include a Major Design Review, Major Use Permit, Tree Removal Permit, Grading Permit, and a Parking Variance.
