To Remove an existing bridge over Fresno Slough and replace with a new six-span precast, pre-stressed concrete slab bridge 28 feet wide by 313 feet long; Remove an existing 20-inch diameter water main attached to the bridge and install a new 20-inch diameter ductile iron water main on the new bridge deck; Install concrete barriers along the south and north sides.
