Replace failing bridge with a sound structure capable of continuing to support the City's sole raw water pipeline from the city well field east of the bridge into the City and to support construction equipment needing access to the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation's Mendota Pool Bypass and Reach 2B Improvement Project, a component of the larger San Joaquin River Restoration Program. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 25-year General Lease - Public Agency Use to the City of Mendota through June 22, 2045.
