Document Description
The City of Fremont is proposing to improve an existing public trail by completing an unfinished segment underneath the Paseo Padre Parkway. The City will also be restoring the creek's riparian corridor by stabilizing various portions of the creek bank that have eroded. The CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2009-0387-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Barbara Silva / city of Fremont.
