Note: Revised The Use Permit modification is a request to move the winery production/storage building further back on the project site, approximately 163 feet northeast from its original location, and relocate the emergency vehicle access, to avoid and preserve an existing on-site wetlands on 7.61 acres; and reduce the number of previously approved industry-wide events from five to four held per year on the project site. All other aspects of the project, including wine production, building size, and tasting room size and hours, and the number of special events and hours, and industry-wide event hours are the same as the Approval Project. The previously-approved land use and zoning designation changes that were adopted as part of the Approved Project are not part of the Modified Project.
