Document Description
Note: Refer to Re-vised MND filed on 07/13/2012.
The Use Permit modification is a request to move the winery production/storage building further back on the project site, approximately 163 feet northeast from its original location, and relocate the emergency vehicle access, to avoid and preserve an existing on-site wetlands on 7.61 acres. All other aspects of the project, including wine production, building size, and tasting room size and hours are the same as the Approval Project. The previously-approved land use and zoning designation changes that were adopted as part of the Approved Project are not part of the Modified Project.
The Approved Project changed the land use and zoning designation to Diverse Agriculture, 10 acres per dwelling unit and Diverse Agriculture B6 10 acre density, SR, respectively, and approved a Use Permit for a winery with a maximum annual production capacity of 26,500 cases.
