Request on 2 parcels totaling 7.61 acres: 1) General Plan Amendment from the Rural Residential 4 acres dwelling unit to the Diverse Agriculture 10 acres per dwelling unit, along with 2) a Specific Plan Amendment to add a special area policy, and 3) a Zone Change from Agricultural and Residential B6-4 acre density, Scenic Resources to the Diverse Agriculture B6-10 acre density, Scenic Resources district or other appropriate district; to allow for 4) a Use Permit for a winery with a maximum annual production capacity of 26,500 cases to include a public tasting room open 7 days a week from 10 am to 6 pm; with retail sales, and a total of 12 marketing dinners and/or luncheons per year with a maximum of 40 guests per events. Dinners would be held occur in the evenings until 10 pm, and luncheons would be held during tasting room hours. The winery would also participate in industry-wide events on 7.61 acres.
