Document Description
The project would involve the removal of the existing track and field, visitors bleachers, and stadium field lighting. New home bleachers with 2,500 seats would be built, increasing the stadium capacity from 4,200 to 5,500 seats. A new track and field with artificial turf would be installed. Two new buildings totaling about 6,000 sf would be built, plus a paved parking lot with 124 spaces, as well as new field lighting. The existing ball fields would also be modernized.
