Document Description
The project consists of the removal of the existing track and field, the existing visitor bleachers on the east side of the stadium, and the existing stadium field lighting. New home bleachers with 2,500 seals would be built on the east side of the stadium, increasing the stadium capacity from 4,200 seats to 5,500. A new track and field would be installed. Two new buildings of ~6,000 sf would be built north of the track field, housing a team room, concession stand, ticket booth, and restrooms. A 124 space parking lot with bus loading area would be built on a dirt lot north of the stadium. the parking lot would be made available for the proposed project and Don Jones Park patrons. The existing bail fields would be moved eastward to make space for the expanded track and field. New stadium field lighting would be installed.
