NOTE: Review Per Lead The Project involves the water delivered by DEID to RIRBWSD for recharge through district recharge ponds. Timing and flow rates of water deliveries shall be determined by DEID and shall be subject to approval by RRBWSD. The proposed water banking program is an arrangement for DEID to bank a combination of Friant Division Central Valley Project water and non-project water from outside their service area boundary in RRBWSD. The water banking will commence in 2009 and in any future year where water supplies are available, extending through February of 2026.
